What happens once my order has been placed, and will I be informed of a delivery date?

Colin Answers:

You will be sent an email to confirm that Colin is dealing with your order. This will include an anticipated despatch date. As soon the artwork has been despatched Colin will email you with a delivery date.

Do canvases require framing?

Colin Answers:

All paintings are sold unframed, to give you the option of adding a frame to suit your own preference and requirements.

Can I order an artwork to see it in situ in my home, and then return it if I am not happy with it?

Colin Answers:

You can order an artwork and ‘live’ with it to make sure it looks right in the space for which it was purchased. If you are not happy with it for any reason, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund, or a replacement piece. (terms and conditions apply).

If I order a commission, will I be sent an image before I purchase it?

Colin Answers:

Yes, as soon as the commission is completed Colin will send you an image for your approval.

I have seen an artwork on the site that I like but it is sold or wrong size or colour.

Please just contact Colin, as he is happy to carry out commissions to suit your size and colour requirements.

Are all the artworks original?

Colin Answers:

All the artworks are created by Colin, and are sent directly from the Colin’s studios. The artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the Colin.

Colin believes that security is paramount and any data collected will be held securely.

How long will it take for delivery of my artwork?

Colin aims to despatch the artwork within 5 working days of receiving the order.

I require the artwork to arrive urgently for a special occasion, can this be organised?

Yes, Colin is more than happy for you to visit the studio and to collect the artwork. Please just contact Colin if this is the case.
